New, not run down, modern facilities. It was more on the upscale level of a hotel. Beds are very comfortable. That's important when you are tired and want a good night's sleep. Very clean everywhere from the rooms to the breakfast area.

I have always stayed at this hotel when I visited Cuero.  The rooms are always clean and the staff is very accommodating and helpful .

Everything! The manager, Miss Rendon, was very accommodating, all staff was amazing and friendly, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good. It was a great stay for sure.

hotel is nice and comfortable! room is nice and queen beds are perfect! i gave this hotel excellent since we didnt expect this quality in such a remote place like Cuero, Tx.

Breakfast was okay. We stayed during Thanksgiving time so not much to offer the first few days. The hotel smells amazing!
